An Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He is registered by Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is a member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA). He is a seasoned Estate Surveyors and Valuers with 20 years cognate professional experience. An active member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers(NIESV), who has served in various committees of the institution and still serving to add his own quota to the body of knowledge of Estate Surveying and Valuation. He has experience in various core areas of facility management.ESV Paul Obameso has trained and he has also been in close relationship with resource people in the industry. He has developed and operated Facility Management (FM) product, MAINTENANCE INSURANCE, a project arrangement with clients where he manages/services their building service components on a retainship. His competencies are in the areas of Facility Management (FM), Total Quality Management, Customer Service, Negotiation, Time Management and Team work.
