Principal Partner
ESV Kayode Olumide Igunbode is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Estate Management. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) with membership No FL01215. He is registered by Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) with Seal No A2827. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors, Nigeria with membership Number I07834, He is a member of International Facility Management Association. (IFMA). A Full Member of Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria. (MCAI) He is a seasoned Estate Surveyors and Valuers with 21years cognate professional experience. An active member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) who has served in various committees and still serving to add his own quota to the body of knowledge of Estate Surveying and Valuation.
He has 21 years of professional experience and has served in several NIESV committees. He is also a prince of Ijebuland and contributes actively to capacity building for youths.

A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management. Associate Member of NIESV, registered with ESVARBON.
A certified Facility Manager (CFM) with extensive experience and key competencies in FM, TQM, negotiation, and customer service. Has developed facility management products and worked closely with industry professionals.
Associate Partner
Alumnus of Ibadan Polytechnic with an HND in Estate Management. Associate Member of NIESV and registered with ESVARBON. He has 18 years of experience.
Associate Partner
A graduate of Surveying & Geoinformatics (B.Tech) from Federal University of Technology Minna. Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Surveyors (NIS). He has 6 years professional experience.
Associate Partner
A graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University with a BSc (Hons) in Architecture. Personal assistant to the principal partner and works closely with the development team. He has 5 years of valuable experience in the built environment.
